More than a hotel, Stay in Paris “Like a Parisian” at 1er Etage

At 1er Etage, you will have the opportunity to comfortably stay in Paris and live “Like a Parisian”.

We have mixed the codes between small hotel and guest house, to offer you a different experience. Our properties are laid out like typical Parisian apartments with a living room, bedrooms and a self-service shared kitchen area, while providing all the comfort and services of a high-end hotel.

Just like the building’s inhabitants, you have your personal codes to access the property, sent by e-mail before your arrival, so you can come and go with full autonomy! No need to queue for check-in or check-out, at 1er Etage, you are totally independent.

To make you live a personalized and unique experience, all of our rooms are independently decorated, in a style that combines a touch of modernity and a vintage vibe from the 50s.

Each night spent at 1er Etage comes with its delicious continental breakfast, served between 7:30 am and 10 am in our comfortable lounge. You will appreciate the freshness and the variety of the food : cheese, cold meat, french pastries, yogurts, homemade fruit salad and cereals, along with fresh orange juice and a hot beverage to choose between our Nespresso coffee and and tea selection by Mariages Frères.

To make your stay even better, it is also possible to have a take-away breakfast with our Speedy Breakfast service.

The team 1er Etage is at your disposal all day long by phone or e-mail and on sight every morning between 9 am and 11 am to help you organize your stay in Paris and give you advices and tips. Our mobile App will also follow you everywhere during your stay and provide you our tailor-made selection of walks, restaurant and activities to do in Paris.

To ensure a comfortable stay, daily housekeeping takes places before 1 pm. Towels, linen, bathroom toiletries as well as complimentary juice, water and snacks are available in the shared kitchen.

Our objective is very simple : make you feel home away from home and enjoy your stay in the City of Lights.
